HELLO EVERYONE !

Hello Internet (I assure you, I did not just steal Dan’s intro),

My name’s Ezgi Damla. I am a 16 year old, weird individual as I like to call myself. I’m currently attending to Lycée Saint Joseph d’Izmir and I’m a freshman student. I enjoy photography, exploring, learning and reading.

Reading has always been a passion for me since I was able to read and write at first grade. I’ve been finding my escape in written pages for as long as I can remember.

Recently, well almost a year ago, I discovered the amazing platform called YouTube. Like everyone else, I obviously was using it to listen to music, but I was unaware of the awesome world which is the community of YouTubers. And through YouTubers, I also discovered BookTube. I hadn’t known there were so many relatable people who love reading as much as I do. Since then, I’ve been wanting to start a book blog. And there it is!

On this blog, I’m going to be talking mainly about books with a sprinkle of life style thrown into it. I am not quiet sure how often I can upload since my school work is very intense, but I’ll try my best and write a review every time I finish a book or maybe when I see a movie, or when something interesting happens in my life.

Another thing that I want to mention is why I created this blog to be in English --in case anyone asks in the future. I’m from Turkey, but after thinking for a while, I was certain that I wanted to write my posts in English in order to reach out to more people out there since it’s an international language used by millions. I’m trying to edit my mistakes as well as I can, so please do excuse them.
